Our Global utilities client is seeking a Head of Procurement development to be part of their drive to net zero.

This role will pull together all People and department capabilities, leading the end-to-end Learning and training Journey for a large global procurement department. You will drive excellence in engagement and communications, source and develop Training, and own the Learning and Development (L&D) competency for the Procurement Team.

You will need:

Experience leading large capability enhancing programmes in Learning and Development (L&D) ideally from a procurement perspective.

Prior responsibility for staff coaching and training programmes dedicated to a Procurement Team.

Strong influencing and negotiation skills, and relationship management experience.
