PT Renewables are seeking a skilled Electrical Test Engineer to become a vital part of our partner's Electrical Engineering team.

With a legacy spanning over a century, you'll be joining an organisation delivering top-notch inspection, testing, and risk management services across various sectors.

The Role

As an Electrical Test Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in conducting electrical testing and remediations within commercial properties, with some domestic too.

In addition to the salary there is also an excellent bonus scheme in place with payments per circuit tested as well as for all remedials.

Our client prides themselves on consistently enabling engineers to surpass bonus targets, achieving it almost every 19 out of 20 days worked.

This role covers Ireland in its entirety.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Electrical Testing.
  • Conduct electrical condition reporting, inspection, and testing.
  • Maintain accurate electrical documentation.
  • Carry out remedials.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 qualification in electrical installations (e.g., C&G 2330, 2365, 2357, 2360, or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of BS7671.
  • 2391 Inspection qualification.

In return, you'll receive:

  • basic salary  of £42,100 + bonuses - Take home between £55,000-£65,000.
  • £4000 car allowance or company van. (For personal use as well)
