CNC Cell Leader - Mill/Turn (Mazak Integrex)
Location: Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000

Our client is a trusted provider of precision components and engineering solutions, serving industries such as aerospace, defence, oil and gas, and nuclear sectors. 

We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled CNC Cell Leader for our Mill/Turn department. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual who has expertise in CNC machining and is ready to take on a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of CNC machinists, managing production in a high-precision environment.
• Set, operate, and program CNC Mill/Turn (Mazak Integrex) machinery.
• Ensure production of high-quality components to tight tolerances and strict timelines.
• Optimize speeds and feeds for various materials, utilizing in-depth tooling knowledge.
• Maintain and improve processes using Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement (CI) strategies.
• Perform CMM inspections and manual measurements.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience with CNC Mill/Turn machines (preferably Mazak Integrex) in a high-compliance industry.
• Strong knowledge of FANUC/Mazatrol controls and HyperMill programming.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing practices.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and assess team performance.
• Engineering qualification (City & Guilds/HNC or similar).

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 06:00 – 14:00 (38 hours per week)
