Pro-Resourcing Ltd is currently recruiting on behalf of our client.

Our client, a well-established precision engineering business, is currently seeking a CNC Miller to join their team.

The position is full time, permanent. 

Duties Include:

  • Programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines.
  • Producing components to required tolerances and quality standards. 
  • Finishing components to the highest quality standards. 
  • Making authorised amendments to CNC programmes to meet component design requirements. 
  • Carrying out quality checks to ensure components meet the required quality standards. 

Experience:

  • Experienced CNC miller programmer, setter, operator (Will also consider applicants with limited programming experience who are willing to learn).
  • Previous experience with FANUC controls would be beneficial. 
  • Experience using multi-axis CNC milling machines.
  • Able to manufacture precision components from fully understanding engineering drawings. 
  • Experience of CMM desirable.
  • Most important is a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary: £15.00 per hour - £17.50 per hour (Dependent on experience). 
Optional overtime also available paid at time and a half. 

Working hours: Monday to Friday - 39 hours per week, early finish on Fridays (Day shift).
