Role & Responsibilities: Maintenance Deputy Shift Manager
- To support the shift manager in leading the shift team
- To lead and support a maintenance team (electrical/mechanical)
- To support, as required, scheduled repairs according to the manufacturer's recommendations
- Diagnosis of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / PLC / PC faults
- Where required support, prioritise system faults
- To accurately record all work undertaken
- Continuous improvement and enhancement opportunities
- Adherence to the Quality processes and procedures
- Demonstrate strong communication skill-sets with 3rd party client or direct client.
Qualifications: Maintenance Deputy Shift Manager
- ONC OR HNC in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering OR BTEC Engineering or Engineering Apprenticeship or Bsc or Msc)
- Experience in previously managing a team (desirable)
- A working understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, & Electronic technical manuals & drawings
- Basic knowledge of PLC equipment
