As a result of an increasing portfolio of projects, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a BIM Designer/ REVIT Technician to join the team based out of Phoenix House, Stockton on Tees. We have a team of approximately 140 based in the office offering Project Management and multi-engineering delivery capability. We offer a range of solutions, across a variety of clients and business sectors through the full project lifecycle from feasibility to commissioning. The projects we are currently involved in include: clean energy (green hydrogen and fusion), effluent treatment, steam generation as well as nuclear decommissioning for a diverse range of clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Create accurate and detailed Revit models
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure the models are aligned with the project requirements
  • Ensure the models meet the company's quality standards and comply with relevant regulations
  • Assist with the preparation of detailed drawings and schedules
  • Update and maintain the Revit library of families, templates, and standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Revit models
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure the timely completion of projects

Requirements

  • Experience using Revit to create 3D models in the building services industry
  • Strong knowledge of Revit software and its features, including families, templates, and standards
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and other design software is an advantage
  • Knowledge of BIM and other relevant standards
