Responsibilities
- Access Platforms, Ladders and Stairs
- Blast Fire Protection Design
- Connection Design, Bolted and Welded
- Design of Foundations
- Fatigue Design
- Framed Structures
- Geotechnical Design / Piling / Retaining Walls
- Hoisting and Lifting Equipment
- Reinforced Concrete Design EC2 / BS8110
- Seismic Design
- Steelwork Design to BS5950 / EC3
- Structural Supports Pipe and Equipment
- Temporary Works (Civil) Shoring / Excavations
- Temporary Works (Structural), e.g. Propping
- Underground Drainage Design
- Wind Loading Assessment
Requirements:
- The Lead Civil & Structural Engineer is required to have a minimum of a degree or master's degree in a related field.
- 10 years experience
- AutoCAD 2D / 3D, Navisworks
- Design Software - Tekla TEDDS
- Analysis Software - ROBOT / STAAP Pro / IDEA StatiCa
