Your new role

Your new role as Sales Manager will involve you maintaining current and winning new business, and, once you are familiar with our clients product base, providing expert knowledge on all aspects of engineering.

You will take the lead in generating new sales with the purpose of establishing meaningful and long-lasting relationships with high-end engineering and manufacturing establishments.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in this Sales Manager job, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, some engineering or manufacturing knowledge and most of all be target driven.

This opportunity will enable you to earn significant commission and bonuses related on performance, and the chance to work with some of the world's most prestigious brands, providing outstanding engineering services.

What you'll get in return

In return you will receive a salary of around £45,000 (Potentially a little more for the right candidate), outstanding OTE, a generous incentive scheme, company car or allowance, pension and 25 days holiday, and a hybrid working environment should you require it. (Mon-Weds office, Thurs-Fri home).
