M&E Engineer
My client is currently recruiting for a M&E lead engineer (Elec bias preferably) in a team of two, to look after a floor in a commercial building located in the heart of the city
Sector: Commercial Maintenance
Duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance on lighting, power, single and 3 phase, ppm's on plant pumps, motors, ppm's on HVAC, tap temp checks, emergency light testing, general fabric duties, logging info on log books, escorting sub contractors.
Hours are 8am to 5pm
Salary is 46.5 K for the right guy
