FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER / ADAPTIVE BATHING

Field Service Engineer / Adaptive Bathing Solutions / Healthcare / Wet rooms

Salary: Up to £28k Basic salary DOE (£34k+ with overtime & bonus) + fully expensed vehicle + excellent corporate benefits

Location / Territory: South West England

Our client is a market leader in providing quality, innovative bespoke bathing solutions which create a better, more independent and dignified life for people with disabilities and in turn working environment for those who help and assist them.

They manufacture, supply and install bespoke assistive bathing solutions developed specifically for disabled people and they pride themselves on providing exceptional after sales advice, service and maintenance.

Due to planned expansion, they are now looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join their Field Service team and maintain these facilities which are installed in both professional and domestic premises.

The Field Service Engineer staff play a vital role for the client as you are oftentimes the face of the company so a ‘smiling nature’ and exceptional people skills are essential in this role. They are growing at a high pace so a programme of up qualification, training and investing in modern tools and competencies has recently been initiated to ensure the continuation of the very best service levels.

Ideally you will be based somewhere in or near Bristol within easy reach of the M4 & M5 Corridors in order to cover a large territory which includes the whole of the South West of England, but also further afield, with overnight stays required for cover.

Whilst it’s ideal if the candidate has direct industry experience of the Care Sector and Field Service Engineering experience within it, the person’s character, behaviours and personality are of higher importance, therefore if you're a competent Field Service Engineer / Field Maintenance Engineer with a Plumbing background / experience this role would equally suit.

Excellent customer service skills, being clean & tidy and an impeccable sympathetic manner, given the sensitive nature of the environment are an absolute must.

If you want to be part of this fantastic company and feel you have the attributes to forward your career with a market leading, ethical and quality focused organisation then please forward your CV for the attention of Yoen van Velzen.
