We have an opportunity for an eager team player to join our Repair Cell team as a Repair Cell Technician.

SUMMARY OF ROLE

To provide a high level of technical support to the Repair Cell , reporting to the Repair Cell Team Leader . To undertake electro-mechanical repair on the full range of TMS products

Key responsibilities:

Undertake electro-mechanical repair of TMS products to ensure a high standard of quality is met, including maintenance of records.
Investigate faults and complaints on customer returned equipment, produce the required survey documentation and maintain the customer database.

Qualifications & Experience:

BTEC ONC/HNC preferred in Engineering discipline or equivalent
Familiar with working in an ISO 9000 company desirable
Understand technical engineering drawings/previous experience wiring to MOD standard or IPC-A-620 or J-STD-001
Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook computer packages
