RHA Recruitment Solutions has partnered with an increasingly busy business, based in Stoke On Trent, who are keen to add an established Design Engineer to their current team.

As a company who offer a range of resources, the increased demand for their range of solutions is a result of delivering the highest level of services to their broad client base, gaining additional orders through repeat business and recommendations.

They are now keen to speak to proven Design Engineers / Managers who, in addition to design, can offer a focus on product testing and development, modifying existing systems and/or develop new ideas for processes to make them more efficient.

You will have the ability to produce detailed 2D and 3D blueprints, designs and graphics, that fulfil the functionality requirements of the client, as well as adhering to time and budgetary constraints, associated with the orders.

As a senior member of the team, you will take on the management of junior team members, ensuring their work offers the necessary detail and quality required, assessing all engineering prototypes to determine issues or risks.

Your experience will include using AutoCAD and ideally Inventor, although experience with other packages is welcome. Whilst the business works across multiple industries including Defence, Oil and Gas, Power Supplies and Automotive, knowledge of these sectors would be preferable, but not essential.
