Rolling Stock Fitter

Assembly Department:
Our client are a large engineering firm who are looking to recruit semi skilled fitters to join the team.
We are looking for candidates with the right attitude, who want to learn and contribute to a team.
Candidates must have working experience of a Continuous Improvement environment & 5 S's.
You also need to be able to communicate perfectly both written and orally and have used basic hand tools.
Fitter:
The role is on a 2 or 3 shift system Monday to Friday. The shift depends on which line you will work on.
The role is on a long term temporary basis with potential to lead to a permanent job.
All candidates will be expected to pass a drugs and alcohol test for the role.
Fitter:
Hours of Work: Rotating weeks.
Mornings: Monday to Thursday: 06.00 - 14.00 & Fri: 06.00 - 12 noon.
Afternoons: Monday to Thursday: 14.00 - 22.00 & Fri: 12.00 - 18.00.
Nights: Monday to Thursday: 22.00 - 06.00 & Friday: 18.00 - midnight
FULL TRAINING GIVEN TO THE RIGHT CANDIDATES.
Candidates must pass a drugs & alcohol test before starting.
