Contract Manager - Access/CCTV
Job Summary
Managing a team for reactive repairs, PPM programmes, installations and special projects for contracts also liaise with clients, preparing estimates/quotes.
Responsibilities
- PPM compliance programme
- Management and monitoring
- Planning and co-ordination
- Performance and current status reports
- High level of health and safety and legal compliance
- Financial budgets
Experience and qualifications
- Have Asbestos Awareness training
- Manage Health & Safety risks
- Have experience within the Access Control / CCTV sector
- Be experienced with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Have HNC/BSC in Construction Management qualification
- Be able to produce estimates for schedule of rates contracts
- Have quantity surveying experience
- Good communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
