Materials Controller

We are working with our client who are a leading who are a leading CNC and Manual machining company based in Durham who serve the offshore and renewables industries in the search for a Materials controller / Goods in Good out on a permanent basis
Your primary role is to manage the ERP system and organise the goods in goods out process for the business whilst continually managing and improving this.
Responsibilities
- Raising purchase orders through ERP system for Goods/Despatch consumables
- Booking goods in/out through ERP system
- Monitor and report discrepancies and non-compliance
- Packing products ready for shipping
- Arranging couriers and monitoring despatch
- General housekeeping duties
- Driving for deliveries and collections
- Stock control – booking stock in and out of ERP system
The Person:
- It literate and able to work with computer systems
- ERP experience
- Goods in / Goods out experience
- FLT Licence desirable
- Driving license essential
