Business Area: Kier Group Services
Contract: full time, permanent. Able to consider part time working and job share.
Kier Group has long believed that we all have the potential to shape our world - and leave a lasting legacy. So bring your talent and ambition to our team and you'll be given the scope and opportunity to achieve just that - investing in your own future, building your expertise and contributing to a diverse culture that's helping shape the world of tomorrow.
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our centralised Resourcing Team supporting Kier Places. Kier Places are a leading provider of property maintenance services. We deliver in and around local communities, and are experts at creating and maintaining quality places, where people want to live, work, play and learn. Candidates should go away from their interaction with us, regardless of outcome, feeling positive and inspired by Kier and its opportunities.
What do we need from you?
You will have a previous recruitment experience, having recruited for vacancies within an in-house team or for a recruitment agency and will be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You'll be familiar with managing high volumes of recruitment with end-to-end coverage. In addition you will understand and have previous experience coaching and developing hiring managers around "best in class" and be their subject matter expert for resourcing.
