We have an exciting opportunity for a CNC TURNER with PROGRAMMING experience to join the team of a Coleshill based engineering company. You will be manufacturing one off and small batch precision turned metal components for a varied and long standing customer base. The starting salary will depend largely on experience but it is anticipated that it will be in the region of £40-50k although we stress this is flexible.

As a CNC TURNER within this business you will be involved in:

• Set up and running of cnc lathes & machining centres
• Off line programming from scratch
• Modifying existing programs
• Interpret engineering drawings
• Ensure the safe & efficient running of machinery
• Produce small & medium sized batches of precision metal components

To be the successful CNC TURNER you should have the following key skills & experience:

• CNC turning of metal components
• Machining centre experience advantageous
• Off line programming – experience of one-cnc would be useful
• Fanuc & Haas controls
• Well rounded general machining & engineering skills
• Batch manufacture of components
• Working to engineering drawings & fine tolerances
