Manufacturing Engineer

Your new company
A very successful bespoke manufacturing business based in Kings Lynn are looking to appoint a experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support the production of large electrical units.

Your new role
You will provide manufacturing engineering and technical support to manufacturing process areas and project management teams throughout the company. You will undertake manufacturing engineering investigations of facilities and processes with the aim of improving productivity, quality and resolving complex manufacturing problems using techniques such as work flow, value stream mapping and lean processes.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a manufacturing engineering background, have proven experience of rolling out lean improvements, be able to demonstrate your successes in resolving operational issues. You will possess working knowledge of Visual workplace, Kanban, SMED, Kaizen and Autocad, Large capitol project management, a good knowledge of material processes, material joining techniques.
