£44,000 - £48,000/annum Achievable bonus, flexible start time

My client, A UK leading waste to energy company are looking for an experienced engineer to join their maintenance department in Croydon.

The engineer will be working in a small team which operate Monday to Friday (7am - 3pm or 6am - 2pm if the successful candidate prefers to start and finish early)

The engineer will be working on a range of machinery and components to ensure production on site can continue to stay up and running such as; Switch gears, electric motors, fans, conveyors, hv switches & lv switches (most machinery will be in a modern power station)

The company require the successful candidate to join a call out rota of 1 in 4 and in return pay over £2000 in standby allowances, 1.5x hourly rate if called out (4 hours minimum paid for any call outs) worth noting call outs vary from week to week but usually engineers are likely to attend from 0-2 call outs per week

The engineer will be rewarded with a range of benefits such as a company bonus, flexible working hours to suit the individual, above market rate salary & lucrative on call allowances.
