We are looking for a Structural Engineer with a solutions-focused attitude and a proven interest in innovative, complex design, to join our growing team, which is working on a variety of exciting projects with renowned clients throughout the UK and globally.

We are a company of engineers, architects and project managers and we design and manage the development of industrial facilities. Our design approach is unique in the industrial sector - we are passionate about helping our progressive, values-led clients to establish modern facilities that don't just get the job done, but which are fantastic places for their teams to work in and aren't a blight on the local community nor the planet at large.

It is precisely this philosophy that has enabled us to attract and retain a superb roster of values-led clients, including Charlie Bigham’s, Bloom and Wild, Bella & Duke and more.

The successful candidate must be excited to work with a team that is dedicated not just to delivering safe, functional, fit-for purpose facilities for our clients, but which is redefining the look and feel of industrial buildings.  They should ideally have relevant industrial experience and be accustomed to working directly with clients, leading on relevant aspects of the design process to bring the seeds of their ideas to life in ways they had never imagined and which will delight them and their employees.

We are in the midst of a period of exciting, fast growth and this role will be in our multi-disciplinary Design Team. The successful candidate will be excited to work collaboratively with engineers from other disciplines as well as architects and construction professionals, as one team.

Key Required Attributes:

  • Chartered status preferred; we will also consider candidates that are close to applying for Chartered Status, and we are able to provide support as required to help them achieve that.
  • Revit experience desirable
  • Ideally, experience working on industrial projects
  • Excellent organisational skills with a proven ability to deliver projects successfully
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to effectively work with and influence all those involved in a project
