- You have a good standard of education and it would be a bonus if this was gained as part of an apprenticeship programme or other technical school training.
- You have some previous experience in a process operation ideally within CNC machining with high attention to detail and quality.
- You are willing to learn and develop new skills over a period of time in order to become a fully trained lapping operative.
- You understand and enjoy collaboration with other teams and you are also enthusiastic, self-motivated and have the desire to achieve and exceed in this challenging role.

What will I be doing?
You will work in the general machining team, setting up and operating manual and CNC control machines and tools (various turning, grinding and milling machines). Prior experience in CNC programming is not required as training will be provided.
