Camden, Greater London
£400 - £430/day

We are looking for a highly experienced Mechanically biased Building Services Installation Project Manager who is commercially aware, to manage an interesting mechanical building services installation project on a pharmaceutical building. There is a substantial ductwork element to the project but we need a generalist.

The main contractor on this project is commercially particularly sharp and so we need a switched-on, seasoned and experienced Mechanical PM who has truly been there and done it and who can build a good relationship with the client whilst keeping control on costs. Essentially, we need a very experienced Mechanically-biased PM who's truly seen it all and is not prone to having the wool pulled over their eyes! We need someone  who makes sure they get the proper paperwork before agreeing to anything. For someone who can do that and build in those proper processes from the start, this is a nice job. Our client starts on-site in December, so you will be involved from project commencement.

The project is for a good client of ours who know their stuff and who we've worked with for many years. There is a good team set up and systems in place.

This contract potentially falls outside IR35.
