Home based role, with travel into the office (Northamptonshire) expected once a week.
Job security……always important but after the past 18 months the importance of having this in your role is bigger than ever and you will get this for many years to come in this position. The order book was full already and this week they have secured another big contract……with this position solely down to growth and new projects. Although manager is in the job title you won’t have direct reports, this is a senior role within the quality team. You will be resolving problems with suppliers, what’s going on? Why is that happening? What are their issues? With a focus on cost, quality and delivery. You’ll be reporting into a great manager extremely knowledgeable and an excellent man manager.
You will be able to earn up to £55k per annum in this role with a strong benefits package….you will be in safe hands working for this company with private healthcare included as a benefit. The suppliers are all UK based so weekly travel is expected in this role to the various suppliers.
You’ll be working for a company that is a leader in their field. The quality of their products is second to none, which probably explains why their staff are too! They produce some of the highest end products throughout a number of industries, including; Motorsport, F1, Automotive, Marine and Aerospace. You’ll be joining at an exciting time with a new project around the corner but this is hush hush at the moment with more info being released soon……
You must be coming from an engineering background and if this happens to be automotive or motorsport this would be ideal. You will need to come from a string supplier quality background with experience of building new relationships and maintaining existing supplies as well. Someone who is solely from an OEM background wouldn’t be right for this role, need to have experience of working within small businesses.
