CNC Machine Shop Supervisor - Expiring soon!

Serve Talent are working with a successful manufacturing business to recruit a Machine Shop Supervisor for their facility based on the outskirts of Thetford, Norfolk.

Reporting into the Operations Manager and working alongside the wider Production team, you'll be responsible for the supervision of Machine shop staff and their performance within.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Overall supervision of the CNC machine shop.
  • Setting up, programming and operation of HAAS Vertical Machining Centres.
  • Use of `One CNC` programming software and Microsoft Dynamix to process Works Orders.
  • Monitoring and reordering of consumables and tooling.
  • Ensure machines and facilities are maintained to ensure production can be executed effectively.

Ideally you'll have:

  • A knowledge of CNC Setting, Programming & Operation.
  • A knowledge of Haas machines.
  • Supervisory/Team leader experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably machine shop.
  • Be computer literate and comfortable using various software.
  • Not essential but a qualification in CNC Programming & Operation.
