Role: Manufacturing Engineer / Production Engineer / Process Engineer – would consider recent Graduate Engineers too
Salary: £30,000 to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus 10% bonus, life assurance, healthcare, 8% pension and more!
Location: Commutable from Oxford, Swindon, Reading, Bristol, Bath, Marlborough, Newbury, Chippenham and surrounding areas

You will be the technical engineering matter expert, helping to the support various areas within the factory.

Here are some of the areas you will cover in your position;
·Lean manufacturing initiatives and delivery
·Shut-down planning and coordination
·New product introduction into production
·Client and stake holder liaison
·Feasibility, data analysis and reporting
·Labour and resource mapping and management
·A degree in Engineering is preferred BUT NOT ESSENTIAL – an education in Engineering is required however; If you have any of the following, please apply; Level 3, HNC, HND or Degree level.
·Experienced working in Manufacturing or a related industry with as an Industrial Engineer or Process Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer or Production Engineer – looking at the analytical and technical side
·Experience in problem solving (structured problem solving using methods and/or techniques) and continuous improvements
