Technical Account Manager
You love to fix things AND enjoy talking to people about how to solve their problems?!
We get it, you’re on the tools and love dealing with people? Maybe you’re an industrial Electrical or C&I professional who wants to have a go at managing others?! We’re looking for someone who has already built up some knowledge of Industrial Controls and is looking to move into business management. Perhaps you feel that this would suit you better than a purely technical career path?
- We’ll give you all the tools you need to build your knowledge of people and business management.
- In return you’ll be looking after a team and building relationships with customers.
- As a person we really need you to enjoy building strong, customer focused relationships, be a problem solver by nature, and be someone who likes the thought of being given the opportunity to manage part of a business yourself.
You’ll be given plenty of support, training and guidance, so don’t worry if you’ve not got any management experience; we’ll make the pay transition from “hands on” to “management” smooth and give you an opportunity to progress in a direction that is right for you.
We’re able to mould some of the parts of this role to the right person, however being within an hour’s drive of either our London or Cambridge offices is pretty important.
