Nelson Permanent Placements are currently recruiting for an experienced Residential Infrastructure Engineer for our successful established client for their Birmingham office. The company offers multidisciplinary professional practices specialising in the built environment. They cover a full consultancy including architecture, civil engineering, transport planning, town planning and land surveying. As a company, they cover Commercial, Industrial, and Residential sectors however this particular role will be covering the Residential. You will be working in a fantastic refurbished office environment with an enthusiastic team to help support.
We are looking for a degree qualified Infrastructure Engineer to join the team in Birmingham to help deliver a strong and growing workload. With a minimum of 2 years post-graduation work experience in the residential housing market, you will have a high level of technical skills as well as excellent communication and management expertise.
To be considered for the Residential Engineer role you will need the following
·On-plot private engineering experience
·Degree qualified with min 2+ years working experience post
·Infrastructure Design, S38, S104, S278
·Competency in Microdrainage and PDS
·This will suit someone looking for the next challenge – it is varied and exciting work, from concept design, liaising with third parties and clients to produce detailed designs to tight deadlines and budgets.
