On behalf of our client, a global Engineering company, we have a unique opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual to join their organisation in a Sales capacity.
This is an exciting time for the organisation, with a presence already in Ireland, they are looking for an individual to take this to the next level in terms of business development and client management. The successful candidate will be offered excellent training and support as well as having the opportunity to really make this role their own and grow within the organisation.
The Business Development Executive will develop new clients as well as managing existing contracts and can be based in the office or work from home and will also visits existing and potential clients in Northern and Southern Ireland as the role develops.
You will need:
- Proven ability and desire to sell, as well as meet and exceed targets.
- The ablity to work directly with customers at all levels face to face
- Proven ability to develop strong relationships with new and existing customers
- The ability to develop a strong commercial awareness
- Negotiation Skills.
- Full driver’s license
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
The Business Development Executive can expect a basic salary as well as an uncapped and realistic commission structure, company car etc and a good range of company benefits.
