Network and Telecoms Infrastructure provider with offices across the UK, our client an industry leader is looking for a Graduate Calibre Acquisition Surveyor to join the business and work with a mixture of new and existing accounts.
Based near Manchester, the primary objective of the position will be to work with leading mobile phone companies identifying land or buildings that can be utilised for phone masts, this will be both site upgrades as well as new sites.
Mainly office based initially, you will liaise with land and property owners across the country and once a suitable location has been identified, you will undertake a range of surveying and planning duties including - land acquisition, the negotiation of the lease including the planning application and ultimately taking the site through the process until completion, at which point it will be passed to the Engineering team for installation.

To apply the successful Graduate Acquisition Surveyor will hold a degree and/or masters that is recognised by the RTPI or RICS, this can include Estate Management, Property Management, Building Surveying or Town Planning.
Specific training will be given, so a large amount of this recruitment process is about finding the right person with the right can-do attitude.
