Engineers can realistically earn £45K with over-time in their first year. They offer annual pay reviews and the opportunity to increase your pay the more skilled you become.
You'd be joining a company who will invest in additional training and further certification should you wish to learn more. They'll also help you progress off the tools in the future if you're interested in leadership or technical roles.
Over the past few years they've helped a number of Service Technicians or Plant Fitters move across and become a specialist on their machines. You'd receive a thorough training programme and a robust induction from senior engineers to ensure your transisition is a complete success.

Each engineer is supplied with a brand-new vehicle and you're paid as soon as you set off each morning. You'll be conducting routine services, hydraulic & electrical repairs and LOLER examinations to their specialist fleet of construction vehicles.

- City & Guilds or NVQ in Plant Maintenance, agricultural engineering or similar qualification.
