A market leading electro-mechanical manufacturing business in North Bristol are looking to employ a Quality and Environment Manager as part of their continued growth strategies.
Your new role
As the Quality and Environment Manager, you'll be reporting into the General Manager with a dotted reporting line into the Head of Technical. You will be expected to maintain the existing ISO standards whilst working towards the most recent upgrades. The Quality Manager will be managing one Quality Inspector however there are plans in place to grow this to a team of 4 within the next year. It will be fundamental that you work towards continuous improvement projects, delivering cost reductions and efficiency improvements.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application for this Quality Manager vacancy, you'll need to have a proven background in implementing Quality Management Systems. In addition to this, you'll need to have a working knowledge of ISO standards. You will need to have gained managerial / leadership experience within your career for this role, it would be highly advantageous to have grown teams in the past.
What you'll get in return
As the Quality and Environmental Manager, you'll be paid an annual salary of up to £42,000. In addition to this, you'll join the business bonus scheme and you'll be entitled to a wide range of company benefits.
