This award winning medium sized Engineering Consultancy based in Central London are seeking to employ a Civil Engineer with a background in road and infrastructure design to join their expanding development team. As a business they have 80 staff with 35 working from the London office.

Recent projects include a large regeneration scheme including residential, education and retail; a new build police station and a university project across the UK with a range of developers and architects involved.

They are seeking a civil engineer who is comfortable working with road and drainage design for private development projects and is able to design highway alignments and earthworks. A working knowledge of S278, S38, S104, S106 agreements is beneficial as is prior experience carrying out Flood Risk Assessments. You will be using AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Microdrainage on a regular basis.

This consultancy have a range of recent wins and are looking for someone who is keen to take on the responsibility of delivering these schemes and getting involved in all aspects of the process. The role is varied and will include site visits, client liaison and design work.

This role will suit an engineer who has achieved a good technical grounding with their current company and is now looking to challenge themselves in their next move and be expecting to receive substantial rewards, both financially and professionally. This could suit an engineer frustrated for working with a large company and seeking a more intimate environment where they can flourish on responsibility or a small company engineer who wants a larger company with larger projects.
