Engineering Manager - London - £65,000 + Benefits - Permanent

My client is a leading provider of hard facilities management services and is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager (facilities) to oversee maintenance services, and work closely with a key client at an iconic building in London.

With a background as an Electrical or Mechanical Engineer you will oversee the PPM and Reactive maintenance requirements of the contract ensuring line reports are successful in completion of all work orders, to ensure timely completion and close out, meeting KPIs and SLAs, as necessary. You will also play a role in asset replacement, refurbishment/fit out, energy initiatives and other projects as required.

You will work with a multi-disciplined team of Engineers and technicians and so strong leadership skills are required. Also, the client is demanding, and outstanding communication, negotiation and consultation skills are required to advise, direct them accordingly and all the while working to deliver outstanding service.
