DAYS (Monday to Friday)

Our client, a market leading manufacturer of high quality CNC machinery has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and technically minded Maintenance Engineer. In this role you will work solely on the companies branded CNC machines, within a team of specialists, at one of their biggest customers main manufacturing plants.

Full machine and product training will be given on an ongoing basis.

With continued high levels of research and development, the company is consistently at the forefront of new technology and its equipment is highly regarded within the industry. You will be responsible for installations, service, repairs and breakdowns of equipment at this site.

Role Description
*Responding to machine breakdowns
*Preventive machine maintenance
*Test, Install and Commission CNC machinery
*Electrical fault finding and repairs
*Diagnostic work using CNC control systems (Siemens 840D)
*Offering advice and technical support
*Reporting directly to the UK Service Manager

Required Skills and Qualifications
*Experience of CNC machinery is essential
*Electrically biased
*Electrical Engineering qualifications
*Experience of Siemens 840D controls is advantageous
*Maintenance Engineer or Field Service Engineer background
*Good Communication Skills
*Motivated to work on industry leading equipment
