Are you an Engineering Manager looking for a new position in an exciting and stable environment? 

This is an opportunity to work with one of the most well-known food manufacturing businesses in the country in the North-East region. You will be responsible for managing a maintenance team as well as ensuring budgets and plans are in-line with wider company objectives. You will be responsible for the creation and mplementation of the full engineering team development plan which should include continuous improvement and development ensuring that efficiency is constantly improving in all aspects. As a senior team member, you will also be responsible for the upskilling of the engineering team as a whole and ensuring best practice is adhered to.

Working Monday to Friday, the successful candidate will be supported with a highly competitive salary and continuous training and development (incuding formal qualifications) throughout their career on top of market leading additional benefits.

To be a good fit for this role you will need to have experience working as an Engineering Manager, ideally within a food manufacturing environment. You will need to be confident managing medium/large maintenance teams and if you are qualified to Level 4 and above that is also an advantage.
