Area Sales Engineer – Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire

A fantastic opportunity for a Area Sales Engineer has arisen within a world leader in the design and manufacture of industrial protective coatings and polymer repair composites.  You would be working for a global company with a distribution network of over 140 Distributors operating in 120 countries.

The Area Sales Engineer will operate from the field and will have full support from an exceptional in house team.

The territory will include Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and other surrounding areas.

You can expect to earn £35,000 to £38,000 per annum including basic salary & commission structure, plus company car, private medical cover and pension.

This role of Area Sales Engineer reports into the Regional Sales Manager and holds responsibility for selling technical biased solutions into a wide range of industry sectors.

You will make site visits, build relationships and create technical proposals with specifiers, end users and contractors.

The ideal candidate will have:

·A minimum of 3 years’ technical / engineering sales experience within a similar industrial environment

·Have proven sales skills – presenting, listening, communication, problem solving

·Demonstrate strong commercial business acumen and a desire to exceed targets
