We have a great opportunity for a Bid Writer to join one of our London Clients to manage the production of high-quality professional submission documents in support of all preconstruction activity with a particular focus on the written word; plus, developing customer-specific styles for each submission.
Key Accountabilities will include:
- Work with Bid Managers in the development of responses that are attractive, concise and bring out the benefits of our offer and check the quality and consistency of responses in terms of themes, messages, key phrases and key words
- Build an internal network of key contacts to ensure access to accurate and up-to-date company information on structure, accounts, safety stats etc.
- Assist at tender launch meetings to ensure accountabilities and deadlines are clear for document production as well as organising the distribution of tender documents/amendments for appropriate parties
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Bid Writer with solid knowledge of the bidding process and customer expectations.
You will also be a creative and compelling writer with experience in managing the production of bids, documents and submissions as well as having the natural ability to control the flow of information between numerous parties.
Being a team player is also key to the success of this role, providing the right support to the bid team throughout the process.
