Mechanical & Electrical (Hard Services) Supervisor - Liverpool - £36,000 + Benefits - Permanent

My client is a leading provider of mechanical and electrical Facilities Management Services and is looking for a Mechanically or Electrically biased Engineer with strong supervisory experience to supervise Electrical, Mechanical, and building fabric maintenance at a pharmaceutical facility in Liverpool.

As an experienced Supervisor you will lead a small multi-disciplined team in delivering PPM work schedules and reactive tasks across a large and complex facility. You will coordinate and control all documents and reports associated with the works and SOPs, and conduct audit checks as required by the client. Working closely with the client you will liaise and coordinate with the management team with regards to the monthly PPM workload for the maintenance teams and aim to maximise productivity.

As a complex and large site an understanding of GMP/GXP practices and documentation is required. And, with relevant mechanical or electrical qualifications, you will ideally possess knowledge of BMS, AHU's and clean room systems. Also, a background of M&E plant in a pharmaceutical, life science, healthcare or other highly regulated, manufacturing environment is essential.

With good IT skills and a sound communicator you will lead your team in supporting service delivery to a key client.
