Highways Maintenance Kier Strategic Highways are looking to recruit a Design Engineer to join the EMAD (Area 7) maintenance contract.
As Design Engineer you will be responsible for providing engineering support on minor improvements or maintenance schemes. You will oversee the implementation of Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental management systems, Risk Assessments and prepare pre-construction information in accordance with the CDM Regulations in compliance with the Traffic Management Act and New Roads and Streetworks Act.
To be successful in this role you will be HNC/HND, Foundation degree, degree or diploma qualified (or equivalent) in relevant engineering discipline or have relevant experience in Highways Maintenance. You will be experienced in the use of AutoCad and general IT Software.
