Engineering Manager required to lead continuous improvement projects whilst developing an engineering function.
This is a strategic Engineering Manager vacancy where you'll focus on transformational projects whilst leading a developing engineering team. You'll find a positive and supportive working environment, which promotes success and where your achievements will be recognised and rewarded.
Whilst looking at Continuous Improvement projects you'll engage cross-functionally, analysing what's going right and what's wrong, finding and implementing solutions to achieve improved results whilst driving overall performance. Leading the engineering team you'll coach and mentor new skills, such as implementing new processes and systems such as CMMS.
We're looking for an experienced Engineering Manager, ideally with knowledge of the food processing sector. You'll need to be articulate, familiar with working cross-functionally, and engaging with peers at all levels. Your team will look to you for support whilst implementing new processes so you will need the ability to inspire whilst imparting your wisdom.
