Engineering Services Manager
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager or an “up and coming” Engineering Supervisor with a strong understanding of commercial building services maintenance.
You will be assisting the Account Manager in running a large portfolio of Mechanical and Electrical FM Hard Services Maintenance Contracts located in West London.
You will be inheriting a maintenance portfolio of about £2.5 million and the client is a very large International Property Management Agent.
The contracts have been mobilised and there is already on board a well-established team of M&E HVAC engineers and supervisors.
You will be working very closely with the Account Manager and several other Engineering Managers across the portfolio so it will be a really close management unit.
Your role is to develop the client relationship and drive up the efficiency and contract performance, bring all of these elements together to ensure the best allocation of resources, you will also take responsibility for the projects and delivery of the small works projects.
An experieneced Engineering Manager with a proactive approach.
- Commercial property Management or Contract delivery Management
- Strong Client facing skills
- Building Services Engineering is essential with either Electrical or Mechanical background
- Team builder and motivator of engineers
- Good Networker, strong organiser and multi-tasker
This is a key role within the division and there will be a big focus from the Directorship to see you succeed and support you in this position from the very top of the board which will give you direct access to the highest level within the organisation.
