Manpower have an excellent permanent opportunity for one of our clients who have secured long term framework projects on the railway network in South East England. The work will involve design and implementation of structural repair projects to overline and underline road and river crossings and other metallic structures associated with the network. These projects will be re-application of coatings to major repairs and replacement.
As the Framework Commercial Manager, you will take ownership of the commercial aspects of the project lifecycle from inception to completion.
You will build, maintain and continuously develop relationships with NR framework team.
Assist with the team in delivery of bids and tenders on time and provide commercial expertise across the bids including estimating and risk evaluation.
Post tender negotiation with NR team.
Contract mobilisation across supply chain, materials, agency staff and workers.
Manage the contract procedures for change, correspondence, monthly applications and subcontract payments.
Representing our client at framework meetings with NR.
Monthly progress, cost reporting and forecasting in conjunction with PM through the CVR process.
You should be or working towards RICS membership.
