Our client is looking to recruit Engineering Graduate level raw talent that can be trained, nurtured and developed. The position will include rotations through various company departments likely to include Design, Manufacturing, Project Management, Technical Purchasing, and Process Engineering, giving huge exposure to the business and the industry in general. There would be an 'agenda' and plan on day one, as to what discipline the new recruit would target to specialise in. The plan may be altered later, depending on individual's preferences / abilities / performance (and company needs). This is an excellent introduction that has been tailored and tweaked by successive years of this programme being used by the company to grow its skills base. The successful applicant will have a good degree in a Mechanical Engineering related subject, probably (but not exclusively) Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, Motorsport or Aerospace.
