Building Services Engineer - Central London- £32,000 annum

My client are looking to hire a Building Services Engineer with a Mechanical bias to work across 2 buildings within their portfolio in Central London.

The role will see you carry out all statuary checks on plant and equipment within the premises and carry out reactive repairs where needed. You will also be responsible for maintaining the building's PPM schedules.

Our client are a well establish HVAC / Refrigeration contractor who work with a number of commercial clients around the London / Surrey border.

The requirements for this role are:

A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role

NVQ/City and Guilds qualification - Level 2/3 in an appropriate sector

Proven technical knowledge of a wide spectrum of Building Services equipment - Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration, Water Systems, Electrical systems, Building Controls etc

Conversant with Planned Preventative Maintenance specifications and able to keep high quality site records.

Produce high quality reports of their findings along with estimates, for producing quotations.

Capable of building long term relationships with clients both of existing and prospective.

Flexible in approach to hours and solving problems on site.
