Based in a lovely location this boutique engineering consultancy are seeking a Senior level structural engineer to join their team due to a large uplift in workload and with future succession plans in mind.

As a practice they work on a broad range of structural projects ranging from £20m renovation projects through to domestic surveys and developments. The large part of their projects sits in the middle ground of £5m to £12m across commercial and industrial as well as the domestic projects.

You will be joining a high performing technical team of 10 engineers and technicians with a culture of responsibility and client focus. The role will require you taking responsibility on the wide range of projects requiring you to regularly attend sites and client meetings as well as hands on design and junior staff mentoring/managing.

The role has a large scope for professional development if this interests you (It is not a requirement) and progression to Associate and Director are available if that is of interest.

This role will suit an engineer who likes a diverse workload and enjoys a varied day with responsibility for their own workload. You will be chartered and will require your own vehicle for attending site and client meetings. Full expenses are paid and they operate (And have done for a number of years) a flexible working week in their relaxed working environment.
