Senior Infrastructure Engineer - South Yorkshire
We're currently working with an award-winning Engineering Consultancy who are looking to recruit a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join their growing team based in South Yorkshire.
They're looking for a Senior Infrastructure/Drainage Design Engineer to join their team working on a variety of projects including housing and commercial developments, water infrastructure and highway works. The role will involve:
- Design of drainage and road infrastructure for residential and commercial developments
- Using software such as AutoCAD, MicroDrainage and PDS
- Preparing and reviewing drawings and detailing of systems designed
- Report writing and preparing quotes
- Supervising and checking work
- Client liaison and attending meetings
- Project management with good commercial awareness of project costings
Requirements:
- BEng or MEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
- Chartered or working towards with the ICE
- Strong knowledge of software packages such as AutoCAD, MicroDrainage and PDS
- Strong reporting writing skills
- Ability to manage junior engineers
- Strong client facing skills
