HVAC Sales Support Engineer (HEAT PUMPS/WATER SYSTEMS) - NW London, UK

A new vacancy for an HVAC Sales Support Engineer (HEAT PUMPS) with European division of leading global manufacturer of high-efficiency heating & cooling systems. Based at the company's offices in North West London, the HVAC Sales Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to its distributors & agents across Europe. Candidates should be qualified to degree level in an engineering discipline, with at least 2yrs experience working with HEAT PUMPS/WATER SYSTEMS in a commercial office environment.

Key requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering
  • Technical experience with HEAT PUMPS (ideally 2yrs+)
  • Good practical understanding of water systems for sanitary & heating applications
  • Knowledge of HEAT PUMPS and WATER SYSTEMS
  • Knowledge of regulations and EU directives related to boilers and/or heat pumps
  • Knowledge of VRF systems/chillers would also be an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Fluent English, both oral and written
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking
  • Knowledge of other European language(s) would also be an advantage
  • Business trips across Europe may be required from time to time
