Are you an Air Conditioning Engineer with experience of Versatemp systems?

This regional Facilities currently has an opportunity for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join their mobile team working out of the Bristol office covering on average 3 days per week in Bristol and 2 days working mobile across the surrounding areas.

The role will be to carry out the Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive activities across a range of contracts including commercial, retail, pubs and restaurants.

Duties and Responsibilities
* -To carry out planned and reactive maintenance including fault finding, test repair and preventative maintenance of air conditioning including Versatemp systems along with building services equipment
* -Maintain accurate site records/documentation in association with all site works
* -To inspect the condition of services and proactively deal with call-out/repairs as required, and requested by management.
* -Attend site emergencies, outside normal working hours working as part of an on call team.
Key Skills and Qualifications
City & Guilds/NVQ Air Conditioning F Gas
Knowledge of Versatemp systems
Good electrical knowledge
Must be prepared to work out of hours when required
Must be prepared to be flexible in weekend work
