Sale Executive / Business Development Manager required for our client; a waste water company specialising in pumps and drainage. They design, supply and carry out service and commissioning on a range of pumping stations within the building services, construction and utilities industries.
Due to expansion they require an experienced Business Development Manager to seek out opportunities throughout the West Midlands and the surrounding areas therefore the successful Sales Manager must be based within a commutable distance to either Birmingham, Shropshire, or Wolverhampton.
Sale Executive / Business Development Manager - Position Overview
The successful Sales Rep will be required to identify new sales opportunities within the pumps, drainage and waste water industries. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating and following all leads, with a view to conducting site visits and providing detailed quotations.
This role is for an External Sales Executive / BDM, however applications WILL be considered from candidates within the pumps, drainage and waste water market who are currently in an internal sales role looking for the next step in their career.
Sale Executive / Business Development Manager - Position Requirements
- Knowledge of pumps, drainage and waste water industry is desirable
- Must be computer literate and competent with all Microsoft packages
- Be of smart appearance (the company will provide Shirts + Jackets)
- Must have proven background in a similar sales or business development role
- Must have sales experience in a building services, construction or utilities industry
Sale Executive / Business Development Manager - Position Remuneration
- Salary up to £35K DOE
- £4K car allowance
- Bonus scheme in place
- Mobile phone + laptop
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Core hours 08.30-17.00
