One of our divisions, SWARCO eVolt, provides Electric Vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure to domestic, commercial and local authority markets across the UK. SWARCO UK is looking for a passionate and capable Project Delivery Coordinator to join our team based in Hemel Hempstead. You will provide Project support to the Managers, Field Engineers, Projects and Sales team as well as; documentation, planning, coordination and admin.
Main duties include (which will vary from day to day):
- Maintenance of information on business system and excel spreadsheets
- Client communication post sales
- Some sales admin
- Ordering and sending parts for projects
- Working with sub-contractors
- Chasing equipment suppliers on outstanding issues / deliveries
- Filing and folder control
Qualifications / Education: Good level of general education. Excellent English language.
Experience Required: Customer contact, computer literacy, project management skills, good written and verbal communication, reliable and innovative.
